Returns & Refunds

Ironvault stands behind every piece it sells. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle damages, defects, returns, and refunds for retail partners purchasing through our wholesale program and for direct buyers receiving product from us. All prices and refunds are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD).

1. Inspection on Receipt

Retail partners are required to inspect each shipment within five (5) business days of delivery and document any visible shipping damage, shortages, or mis-shipments on the carrier's delivery receipt.

2. Damage in Transit

If a shipment arrives with visible damage:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier's bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged units within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Email claims@ironvaultusa.com with the photos, your invoice number, and a description of the damage.

We will, at our discretion, replace damaged units, issue a credit to your account, or refund the affected portion of the invoice within fifteen (15) business days of approving the claim.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is discovered after inspection, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full replacement or credit. Defects discovered by your end consumer are handled under our 10-year limited warranty — see Warranty section below.

4. Returns of Saleable Inventory

We do not accept returns of saleable inventory ordered by a retail partner. Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been picked or shipped from our warehouse. Custom or pre-ticketed merchandise is non-cancellable and non-returnable.

5. End-Consumer Returns (Through Our Retail Partners)

End consumers should return product to the retailer where it was purchased, in accordance with that retailer's return policy. Ironvault does not directly process consumer returns from product sold by our retail partners.

6. Direct Purchases

If you have purchased directly from Golden Triangle Atias LLC (rather than through an authorized retail partner), you may request a return within 30 days of receipt for any unused product in its original packaging with all hang tags and dust covers intact. To begin a return:

  1. Email returns@ironvaultusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it prepaid to the address on the RMA.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price (less any original shipping fees) to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer or bank, refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

All credit card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

8. Warranty Claims (10-Year Limited Warranty)

Ironvault products are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in shells, frames, wheels, and handles under normal travel use. Wear-and-tear, cosmetic damage, airline damage, and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

To file a warranty claim, email warranty@ironvaultusa.com with photos, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. Approved claims are typically resolved by repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion within 30 business days.

9. Exceptions

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered beyond what is required for inspection.
  • Products without original packaging, hang tags, or dust covers.
  • Promotional, sample, or "as-is" inventory expressly sold without return rights.
  • Custom or co-branded product manufactured for a specific retail partner.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled in writing before they have been picked or released to a carrier from our warehouse. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation process becomes a return under Section 4 or 6 as applicable.
