Shipping & Fulfillment

Ironvault fulfills wholesale and direct orders from domestic U.S. warehousing operated by or on behalf of Golden Triangle Atias LLC. This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy describes our standard lead times, carriers, and order-handling practices. All prices and shipping fees are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD).

1. Service Area

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus the District of Columbia and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam) on request. International shipments are evaluated case-by-case and require a separate agreement.

2. Lead Times

  • Standard wholesale orders — 2 to 4 weeks from purchase-order acceptance to release from our warehouse.
  • Reorders from in-stock inventory — weekly fulfillment windows; orders received by Wednesday typically release the following week.
  • Large or palletized orders — lead time confirmed at order acceptance.
  • Direct purchases — 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation to dispatch.

Lead times are commercially reasonable estimates and are not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if a meaningful delay is expected.

3. Carriers and Methods

  • Parcel — FedEx and UPS Ground for small reorders and direct purchases.
  • LTL freight — common-carrier freight for palletized wholesale shipments. Standard service is dock-to-dock; lift-gate, inside-delivery, and appointment service are available at additional cost.
  • Customer-specified carrier — if your retail organization uses a preferred routing guide, we will follow it provided it is communicated at the time of order.

4. Shipping Charges

Wholesale orders ship FOB Origin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rate at the time of release, and are billed on the original invoice or as a separate freight charge. Direct purchases display shipping charges at checkout in USD before payment is collected.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email within one (1) business day of acceptance.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking number is emailed when the order ships.
  • For LTL shipments, the BOL number and carrier contact are provided in the shipping confirmation.

6. Routing Guides and EDI

For partners with a routing guide, please send the current version to logistics@ironvaultusa.com at the time of purchase order. We support standard EDI 850 / 856 / 810 transaction sets for qualified accounts; setup is coordinated through your dedicated account manager.

7. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the goods are tendered to the carrier at our origin warehouse, in accordance with FOB Origin terms. Buyer is responsible for filing freight claims with the carrier for damage or loss in transit; we will support such claims with documentation and replacement options as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Packaging

All Ironvault SKUs ship in retail-ready inner packaging (printed box, hang tags, dust covers) within a protective master carton suitable for parcel or palletized freight. Master carton quantities are listed on the current line sheet.

9. Backorders and Substitutions

If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of order release, we will notify you and offer to (a) hold the order until the SKU is replenished, (b) split-ship available units and backorder the balance, or (c) cancel the affected line. We do not substitute SKUs without your written approval.

10. Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate ship-to address and any access requirements (lift-gate, appointment, business hours). Re-routing or re-delivery fees assessed by the carrier are passed through to the buyer at cost.

11. International Shipments

International orders, where accepted, are typically shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) with duties, taxes, and customs clearance the responsibility of the buyer. A separate international shipping addendum will be issued for such orders.
